Introducing Tamga Network
Why and how we are building the modern counterpart of the ancient seal: a shared, sovereign trust infrastructure.
The most repeated yet least solved problem in the digital world is trust. Every bank, hospital and university re-verifies identity, authority and documents from scratch. Tamga Network was born to turn that repeated problem into a shared infrastructure — so trust becomes a service, like electricity or the internet, rather than something each application reinvents.
Our name is no coincidence. Tamga was the ancient seal of the Turkic tribes — a mark that proved ownership, belonging and authority. A verifiable digital credential does exactly the same job today: a digital seal. A shared tradition of the seal is the strongest symbol of a shared digital trust network.
Four principles
- Identity first, transaction second. Every entity is represented by an identity before it acts.
- Blockchain is a component, not the center. It holds only non-personal trust anchors; personal data never touches the chain.
- Users don’t use blockchain. They use their digital identity; keys and fees are hidden.
- Open standards are essential. X.509, W3C VC, SD-JWT — commitment to shared standards, not a vendor.
Why now?
The EU made the portable-proof model mandatory at continental scale with eIDAS 2.0. The question is no longer “will this transformation happen” but “who will be a producer in it.” We choose to be a producer for Türkiye and the Turkic world. Start with the documentation, the manifesto, or the whitepaper.
